2012 APOA Conference Registration Form

Welcome to the REGISTER HERE page for the APOA Conference. We invite you to complete the simple entry registration form below. Please note if you are paying by credit card, your card will be processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive a receipt via the email address that you enter in on the registration form. The charge on your statement will show up as Creativation Events, which is the conference management company. If you have any questions or comments regarding registration, please contact:

Don't forget to purchase your travel on Alaska Airlines and receive your 5% discount! If you have your confirmation code please have it handy to enter in below. 

If you have other comments or need the conference planning committee to know any details about your stay please add them in the "Additional Comments" section on the registration form. If you know ahead of time which classes that you plan to participate in, please also add them in the comments section so that we can accomodate as many delegates as possible in the courses they want to attend.
