Payment Information Checks, credit cards and purchase orders are accepted. Credit cards are processed on-line when registering. You will receive a receipt via email within one business day. Cancellation Policy Deadline - Tuesday, May 1, 2012 Cancellations made on or prior to May 1, 2012 will be issued a full credit, less a $25.00 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be issued after Tuesday, May 1, 2012; however a substitute can be made with prior notice. All cancellations need to be made in writing via email to creativation@ak.net. There will not be any refunds for attendees that do not show up at the conference.
