One day registration (does not include meals) $79.00* If you sign up more than 8 delegates, you can register the next 2 delgates free. Banquet not included in Thursday single day rate. Please note this in additional comments section on registration page.

Payment Information
Checks, credit cards and purchase orders are accepted. Credit cards are processed on-line when registering. You will receive a receipt via email within one business day. Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as "Creativation Events". If paying by check, please make your check payable to APOA and mail to:

Cancellation Policy
Deadline - Tuesday, May 1, 2012
Cancellations made on or prior to May 1, 2012 will be issued a full credit, less a $25.00 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be issued after Tuesday, May 1, 2012; however a substitute can be made with prior notice. All cancellations need to be made in writing via email to creativation@ak.net. There will not be any refunds for attendees that do not show up at the conference.
